Aanwezigheid

Aanwezigheidseisen opleiding (OER-B):

  • Participation in all practicals, computer practicals and lectures in the curriculum is mandatory.
  • Presence at the lectures is strongly recommended.
  • All practicals and seminars are compulsory. If you are unable to attend for one day, e.g. in case of illness, we will search for a solution together with you.
  • Please report your absence to s.kruithof@sanquin.nl
  • In case of unexpected absence, please send an e-mail to C.Kuijk@sanquin.nl (Carlijn Kuijk) or call 0205257772.
  • If you have not been present please contact us to determine how to catch up on the missed practical.
  • Make sure you own the missed lesson material on the day you come back. On this day you must also have prepared the practical.
  • If you are not able to follow an education for a long period of time (longer than 1 week), please contact the study advisor.
  • NB Covid-19: Keep to the RIVM guidelines at all times, even if this means missing one or more compulsory educational meetings. We will discuss together how we can try to solve problems.

Testing of the theory part takes place at the end of the course in the form of a theory exam (6 open questions with sub-questions, questions testing the ability to reflect learned knowledge and according to insight). This forms 40% of the final grade of the course. The theory exam can be retaken in the official retake period.

The practical exam forms the other 60% of the final grade. Participation in the practical is mandatory. During the practicals, the student's skills are assessed several times. See the syllabus. The practicals have an obligation to be present and a positive, active attitude of the student is expected. The practical assessment remains valid for one year. Students who have an insufficient assessment for the practicals can only retake the practicals in the next academic year.

An assessment of both parts of at least 5 is a prerequisite for the awarding of the final grade of the course. The student has passed the course if the final grade is 5.5 or higher.

Aanvullende informatie

Vaccination against hepatitis B is mandatory. Students with serious philosophical objections are advised to report to the study advisor for a talk. The own contribution of the vaccination is € 55,- and has to be paid in advance by the student (this can be done at the education desk of the ESC at the Science Park).

Maximum 24 students.

Verwerking feedback studenten

1 studente had liever online onderwijs gehad.
