Objectives

  • Students can develop a strategy for communicating efficiently with other people, based on the Process Communication methodology.
  • Students can identify the six basic personality types of people based on the Process Communication model and can adapt your communication strategies, to react to the needs of those around you.
  • Students can build constructive and efficient relationships by going directly to the essentials, transmit clear messages and/or to listen.
  • Students can apply your communication skills to communicating in difficult situations, including giving and receiving feedback and persuading and influencing others.
  • Students can apply the constituents of a professional presentation and be a confident and charismatic speaker.
  • Students can apply non-verbal and verbal communication parts during presentation as needed.
  • Students can present yourself in an efficient way.
  • Students can present a technical topic in a professional way.
