Objectives

  • Will have learned how to develop a good communication strategy for communicating efficiently with other people, based on the Process Communication methodology.
  • Can identify the six basic personality types of people based on the Process Communication model and have learned how to adapt your communication strategies, to react appropriately to the needs of those around you.
  • Will be able to build constructive and efficient relationships by going directly to the essentials, transmit clear messages and/or to listen.
  • Can efficiently apply your communication skills to communicating in difficult situations, including giving and receiving feedback and persuading and influencing others.
  • Will have learned the constituents of a good professional presentation and how to be a confident and charismatic speaker.
  • Will have learned the importance of the non-verbal and verbal communication parts during presentation.
  • Can present yourself in an efficient way.
  • Can present a technical topic in a professional way.
